This drama is adapted from the Monday-Tuesday series "Dear Citizens" broadcast on KBS2 in April 2019. Starring Choi Siwon, Lee Yoo-young, Kim Min-jung and others, it revolves around a con man who accidentally marries a police officer. His past causes him to be involved in other events, and he inadvertently won the "Brave Citizen Award" commendation and was even proposed to compete for the election. In this American adaptation, Milo will play "Charlie" and fall in love with "Emma" (played by "Kate" Catherine Haena Kim of "Ballers") who is working undercover in the CIA; one night, both parties know each other's identity. Charlie intends to "whitewash" his family business and eventually get ashore; "Emma" is approaching a very dangerous criminal related to Charlie's family debt; the two are forced to face the lies they told each other again, and try to save both families from catastrophic consequences.
