The film mainly tells the story of a gang leader who fled overseas in a special encirclement and suppression operation many years ago and caused trouble again. Eight years later, the feud resurfaced. The veteran special police Gu Yuan (played by Zhao Yanguozhang) went across the country to hunt down the murderer and rescue his daughter. He once again started a desperate battle with the criminals headed by Sarika (played by Zheng Shufeng). Gu Yuan's daughter Gu Na (played by Yao Yaqing) was unfortunately involved in the evil plan of the criminal group.
