Daniel (Vince Vaughn) has always been an unknown white-collar worker in the workplace. Although he has the ability to do as well as others, he is always not valued by his superiors. Over time, Daniel's heart became more and more unbalanced. In the end, he resigned and started his own business, becoming a competitor of his old boss. Although Daniel has now become a boss, he has only two employees under him, the fledgling Mike (Dave Franco) and the old man Timothy (Tom Wilkinson).
