The play is adapted from the novel "City Primeval: High Noon In Detroit" by Elmore Leonard, the original author of "Justified", and tells the story of Raylan, who has left Kentucky for Miami 8 years later and continues to work as a marshal and raises his 14-year-old daughter. However, an encounter on the Florida highway led him to Detroit, where he met an antisocial and violent "Oklahoma Wildman". The local police were powerless to deal with this person, and now he wants to escape the law again.
