Melissa Rauch and John Larroquette announced that they will join the NBC comedy pilot "Night Court". This multi-camera comedy is a sequel to the 1984-92 drama of the same name. It tells the story of the optimistic judge Abby Stone (Melissa Rauch) who is unwilling to apologize casually. She is the daughter of the parent character Harry Stone (Harry Anderson who played this role has passed away). She followed in her father's footsteps and became a judge in the Manhattan Night Court. She managed her group of weird and cynical subordinates, especially the former Night Court prosecutor Dan Fielding (John Larroquette played this role again).
