In the early 1990s, taxi drivers in Hong Kong refused to pick up passengers and asked for exorbitant prices. The insurance company's broker, Ajian (Anthony Wong), has outstanding business capabilities. His colleagues who admire him do not know that his motivation for doing things is his beautiful wife and the fetus in her belly. A Cong (Yu Rongguang), a policeman who handles cases vigorously and vigorously, is an old friend of Ajian. The two often drink together and talk about happy and troublesome things in their spare time. On a rainy night, Ajian's wife was about to give birth.
