Bill (Esben Smed Jensen) came to Copenhagen with his dream of building the "Venice of the North". However, because Bill's idea was too outrageous, Bill frequently ran into obstacles in the process of seeking capital, and soon ended up penniless. His life was all supported by the equally poor restaurant waitress. By chance, Bill met a billionaire named Ivan (Benjamin Kitter), who was very interested in Bill's plan and decided to support him with his family's strong financial resources.
