Located in the desert area of the Middle East, a truck carrying fully armed terrorists and the hostages they detained came to a secret base in the heart of the desert. The base is heavily guarded inside and outside, making it difficult to approach. On a small hill not far away, Potaski (voiced by Hino Satoshi) and Patch (voiced by Tsuchida Dai) of the mercenary unit "Cat Shit One" are performing surveillance tasks.
